Clement obtained his Civil Engineering degree and post-graduate qualification at Wits University. He is the founder of Epitome Consulting, a civil engineering consultancy firm with a total staff compliment of 30 employees. His passion is empowerment of previously disadvantaged graduates, technicians and engineers through employment opportunities, skills development and mentorship.

Clement has developed the Kitso Performance Management Software which is used to individual career development and managing employee performance. He is also the inventor of the award-winning Vehicle Energy Harvesting System which converts traffic pressure to electricity. But most importantly, he is husband to Joey and a father to Mbali, Neo and Naledi.
