Astronomy progresses rapidly and there are news centres sending out great pictures and results practically every day.
Most journalists contact you because they are genuinely interested in the subject, and that makes the conversations a lot nicer and we can come across a lot better; in the sense that enough time is allowed to go back and forth in case certain things need more explanation.
However it becomes a bit stressful when media persons come to us just not to be behind in sending out news that has been big in the world (e.g. Pluto from planet to dwarf planet thing). They are often in a hurry, constrained by deadline, they come with a series of rigid questions, they don't seem to be interested (never mind understand) the answers (maybe they don't even understand the matter at all). Yet, the prints would be out with pretty bombastic title…
